How to Increase the Size of Your Penis Through Exercise
If you want to increase the size of your penis but you have no money, you can try
natural penis enlarging exercises. They are easy to do, although you have to exercise some caution in order to
avoid hurting yourself, and require no special equipment.
All you need are your hands and the patience to stick with the exercises for the several months that it may take
to show results.
But first, a short lesson about the anatomy of your penis. The bulk of your penis is made up of the corpora
cavernosa, two chambers filled with spongy tissue.
When you are sexually aroused, the blood vessels in the corpora cavernosa relax and the spongy tissues fill with
blood. The penis then expands, leading to an erection.
When the penile muscles relax, the blood flows back into your body, thus causing the erection to subside.
Therefore, if you want to increase size of penis you have to strengthen the muscles of the corpora cavernosa.
Try this exercise. First locate the corpora cavernosa; they are located at the top and middle of your penis.
Then rub your hands with a lubricant such as baby oil; use just enough to last for five to ten minutes without
drying.
Make yourself semi-erect through light touches or blowing on your penis. Don’t use pornography or ask your
partner for help since this may result in your becoming too excited, ejaculating and becoming flaccid.
Put your thumb on the bottom of your penis, and the remaining fingers on the top and middle. Stroke the penis
lightly in the direction of the head. Change hands but remember to keep your touch light. Continue the alternating
movements for three minutes.
Next, reapply lubricant then rub your hands lightly until they are warm. Hold your penis in the same position as
described above for one minute. Then, rub down slowly toward the head. Repeat with the other hand. Then, repeat the
exercise described above. Rinse your penis with warm water and allow it to air dry.
Perform this exercise daily for best results. In addition, drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day
and do at least twenty minutes of vigorous exercise to improve your body’s natural blood flow.
An alternative exercise to increase size of penis is jelqing. Jelqing essentially involves ‘milking’ your penis
in a downward motion from the base to the head, using the thumb and forefinger in a position similar to an OK
signs.
There are several techniques for jelqing. Here is a simple one: apply lubricant on your penis. Using your thumb
and forefinger, squeeze the base of your penis. Pull downward until you reach the head. Alternate hands; each
stroke should last approximately three seconds.
When you become semi-erect, circle the base of your penis with thumb and forefinger as described above. Pull
your penis firmly, stretching downward and outward.
Change hands and repeat, alternating hands. For the first week, do 200-300 repetitions a day at medium strength;
this should take you about ten minutes.
The following week, move up to 300-500 daily repetitions at medium to full strength for fifteen minutes. When
you reach 500 repetitions, do them at full strength for about 20 minutes.
If you have a full erection during the exercises, wait until it subsides. Do the exercises only five days a week
and make sure your penis remains semi-erect. If done correctly and regularly, you may see an increase in the size
of your penis of around one to two inches.
